 Last month RaleighLifestyle.tv ventured out to the North end of Raleigh NC on a Wednesday evening to check out The Pickled Onion off Falls of The Neuse Rd. As soon as I entered the door the great atmosphere of the venue amazed me. The Pickled Onion showcased their own “Karaoke Night”, which included all night drink specials for the crowd in attendance. While there were a ton of great menu items to select, I enjoyed the buffalo chicken salad, topped off with a few drinks.
Our host, the beautiful Ms. Erin Herlihy, went around working the crowd and asking various guests on how they were enjoying The Pickled Onion experience. We even checked out their delicious Bourbon Street Chicken. It’s a grilled chicken breast smothered in sweet bbq sauce, served with fresh vegetables. It gives the menu a little New Orleans Cajun Style twist. The night was still young as I made my way out to the beautiful, relaxing patio seating where I continued to enjoy good company, friendly servers, excellent hospitality, and great conversation amongst the North Raleigh faithful.
