Cantina South’s Modern Mexican Kitchen is the collaboration of two of Raleigh, NC's most successful restaurateurs Kevin Summers (formerly with Michael Dean’s, Bogart’s American Grill, Twisted Fork) and Bill Holt (Melting Pot, Red Hot & Blue, Snoopy’s) and brings a modern twist to old-world Mexican flavors using locally grown ingredients for the freshest tastes imaginable that are sure to tempt the palette and soothe the soul. The pair recruited executive chef David Peraza, who most recently helped create the menu at Mez in Chapel Hill, to design the menu and run the kitchen, giving Cantina South a rich authenticity that will be second to none.
